How old do you need to be to participate in the workshops?

The minimum age for our workshops is 11 years old (school yr 7) proof of age may be requested and all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

What should I do if I need to cancel, rearrange?

From purchase, you have 14 days within which you may cancel your booking for a full refund. Please contact me as soon as you know you will not be able to attend the booked class so that I can refund you and fill the place. If you want to make changes to your booking please contact me at least 1 week before your workshop date, and I will do my best to move you to a different date or workshop. If you tell me with less than 1 weeks' notice I will do my best to find someone to take your spot. If I can, then we can arrange a new date for you, but if I can't find a replacement then I am very sorry I won't be able to accommodate any change to your booking.

 

Can I use a voucher?

Vouchers can be purchased via the shop on my website and can be sent as a gift to a person/s of your choice. Vouchers purchased will be sent in the post or via email and the actual voucher must be presented on the day of your class failure to do so may result in being unable to attend.

 

Can my partner/child come and watch?

Partners or friends can wait in the workshop area for you but not participate. Unfortunately, children under 11 cannot attend the workshops either as a spectator or to participate.

 

How many people can attend?

We can accommodate a maximum of 8 people per workshop.

 

Where are workshops held?

Workshops are held in Bridgend or Cardiff. If you would like to organise a workshop elsewhere, please get in touch to discuss this. A minimum of 4 people would be needed for a one off workshop other than those listed on our website.
